This unique feature is a no-nonsense, crash course on the role and use of dairy cultures in cheesemaking. Future site developments include online ordering so as to facilitate and accelerate the production processes of our customers (coming May 2000), sections on cheeses of the world, and online information sections on food processing technologies such as spray drying and extrusion.
